I have been practicing at Soul since they first opened in Dec 2011 and I must say it is one of the most gorgeous studios in Calgary. I have been practicing and teaching in Calgary for the last few years and have been so happy to find Soul Hot Yoga as it is so close to home in South Calgary (McKenzie). Aside from the gorgeous decor, imppecable cleanliness, cooling face cloths after class and welcoming front desk staff, the CLASSES are awesome! Every class is different and wherever you are in life, you can find a class suited to your level/preference all in one day. Just had my fenders rolled and was so pleased with the service that the first thing I had to do was write this. Doing business with these guys is like dealing with family. They did an amazing job on my 2011 STI sedan. One of the owners let me drive his stage II STI so I can feel the difference from my stock to his upgraded vehicle. Seriously, who does that kind of stuff?? :)
I recommend everyone who needs fender rolling and aftermarket parts to check them out.

The Dr was so patient and took time to explain what was going on and how to best fix it. Then she also offered suggestions and explained as a type 2 diabetic, how to care for my feet. She went above and beyond her necessary procedures and was so sympathetic. She also helped by suggesting proper shoes and insoles to help prevent future problems. I have already told friends and family about her ability.
