I was disappointed to see Shopper's Drug Mart close and at first was very skeptical that IDA would be able to get to this level of service. I am pleased to see how far they have come!
Lisa and Tara (beauty section) are just wonderful!!
All of the staff are attentive.
I appreciate the prompt and professional service offered by the pharmacy.
The new clothing and gifts are such a bonus!
Not as interested in the health care end but I might become more interested as I age.

It has been 1 year since the drywall was done in our newly built home. Nothing about our house is square. There are many angles, irregular corners and every room has something unique. I have regular meds that aren’t covered under my drug plan.
So for these meds I have to pay cash for, it gets costly, very costly. They try to find the most economical way to go about it, without compromising quality/safety. The dispensing fee is a lot less than most competitors. And if you communicate with them about what your affordability is, they’ll do their best to work with you. Even if you need it outside of their hours. They work with you. They deliver. They’re great!!!
