I was there a few months ago. I called a couple of other steel suppliers in Edmonton and they basically told me to get lost. When I called General, they gave me pricing and availability over the phone. I got there later that afternoon and I was in and out in 20 minutes with what I was after. Great people behind the till and in the yard. They are my go to supplier from now on.

I've gone to external affairs a fair share of times for different things such as facials and fillers and I absolutely love them! They are so accommodating to my schedule and fit me in the same week of calling it is wonderful. Love you guys

Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. They fixed my truck better then it was before, on time, informative, and worked well with the insurance company. Would I recommend this shop for other customers? Yes I would. I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

I rarely need hydraulic parts/service but whenever I do, the service guys at Control Flow have never failed me. My grandson drove to town recently for an extremely old odd-ball hydraulic unit off a tractor. They couldn't find an identical replacement as it no longer exists, but with trial and error the guys machined us exactly what we needed after multiple places had turned us away.
