I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.

I live in Brampton and work in Mississauga 35 years at Pearson Airport. The guys are always attentive to the auto parts needed. They will always say If we don't have it we will do our best to get it for you and I don't know know the answer right now but I will find out and let you know what I find. I drove 7 hours from Three Rivers Quebec to 175 Toryork Drive in Toronto, to get my car repaired by Dynamic Auto. Was it worth it? Hell yes, unbelievable great service and the money spent was less than my deductible quoted by the insurance

my situation: needed to get the trailer hitch on my GMC 2500 HD moved off the spare tire. Lady hit me from behind drilling the bumper and the hitch into the rear tire, so it would not be able to come down in case we needed the spare, on our trip back to Calgary. Thank You DMC AUTO!!! We could not take off our tires because the last shop tightened the bolts too hard and lost the key bolt! When we went back, they could not get it off.. we went to the dealership to order another one and they couldn’t do that! Took it to two more shops and NOBODY could take off our tires!!! With Snow on the way and frustrated as ever, I was referred to DMC and all I can say is THANK YOU!! You were the only ones to really try and succeed!! Now we can drive this winter safely

These guys went above and beyond for me. My car battery died a few blocks away from their shop and even though its not a service they offer, they drove over to help me anyhow when I explained to them that my auto club couldnt help me for another two hours. I have chronic pain and it would have been made much worse by sitting in my freezing car for hours, so the favour these guys did me was even bigger than they thought. Just lovely, decent human beings.

I needed a fiberglass repair on my sidecar. After visiting a few body shops and was told either that they didn't bother with fiberglass or that the job was too small to bother with. I was warmly greeted at Elite Auto Collision, and Mario was helpful, professional and quite reasonable. The job was done to my complete satisfaction, and exceeded expectation. They even washed the bike before handing it over to me.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.
