Great experience. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and would not let me buy it until I drove it. There was no pressure put on me and after being treated so well and falling in love with car I bought it. Great folks to deal with they have a big indoor showroom so I did not have to go out in the rain.

The owner is friendly and very reasonable. He is not there to rip you off as most of these shops do. He helped me order OEM pads and rotors at the fraction of the cost offered by BMW. Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.
