We recently had our laptop crash and they were so knowledgable, professional, and helpful in getting us back on track. As owners of a small company, we could not afford a lot of down time without a laptop. They gave us an amazing price on a new laptop and loaded the external hardrive onto it. 10/10 for Skyline Microsystems. I came in with a non-operative Starlink Gen3 at 3:30 in the afternoon unannounced with no appointment. I did not purchase the unit from then, nor have it installed by them.
