Our strata referred us to Pacific West Mechanical as they maintain our building and we were beginning renovations. I want to thank Emil F. specifically for his excellent service. The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.

We came up for 10 days vacation when our BMW started running very rough with no BMW service station on the Coast. I called Wayne and he said he was booked for the week but to bring it in. The next day he had the car fixed and the invoice was very reasonable. Thank you Wayne et al.. I have already recommended you to my friends who live on the Coast.

Lots of bad comments here, but personally I have never had a better office team experience. I am almost 70 and have been around the block with serious medical problems all my life. 3 different countries, multiple drs. For you who have problems with this office..grow up!

The surgery went very well and I have no pain and could walk without a cane within 2 weeks. He explained everything clearly and his followup session was very professional.
