I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood. I am very glad to have been recommend Full Moon plumbing by another plumber and I would highly recommend Jay and Full Moon plumbing to anyone.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. My mother in law had plumbing medic do high pressure wash of all there drains this is how I found plumbing medic. My experience with the plumbing mecid was of complete satisfaction. Had them do a customized bath room. They were so clean (4 dropsheets) it was like they were never there, other then they do play horrible country music on there radio a little to loud. Pricing was spot on, I did order alot of high end components/fixtures with them. Want high end, it costs high end. What amazed me the most was the high end finish that they did. Adds a whole new feeling to walking to a bathroom.

About a month ago, we noticed 2 cupboards that had some minor issues that we were hoping Todd's team could repair. Instead of a "touch up", they totally resurfaced both at no additional cost to us - all under warranty!
