Trevor and his team were exceptional! He diagnosed our problem quickly with his camera system - Finding crushed drain pipe in a number of areas and a small underground spring which we had no idea about! He put together a very comprehensive estimate of work required. When work started his team were obviously well trained, clean and very polite. We are extremely satisfied with the work having had another drainage company up before who did not discover these problems.

We had a roof done about about a month ago. Tyler did a great job, we have no complaints. He answered the phone when we tried to reach him and he finished in record time although he was very busy at the time. We had a couple of questions about the work and he did what we asked without question. We would not only hire him again, we would recommend him to anyone who needs a roof done.. My doctor sent me to Natalie at Ultimate Success because I needed to lose 30lbs before I can have surgery. All of the staff, hygienists and dentists have been excellent. They are very professional and my visits for cleanings and checkups have been excellent. I am completely happy and satisfied as a patient.

I had to explain what was going on a few times. They were not willing to help in the beginning but in the end the manager sorted the issue out and resolved the problem perfectly! Very pleased and grateful.

Better than excellent service . . . personalized, caring, informative. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Prescriptions are filled quickly and delivered at no cost. Assistance is provided if you're looking for a product in the store. Immunizations are available, and encourged. Every staff member is courteous and helpful. Just had their technician leave after getting my water heater and heating unit serviced for the year. The technician was courteous, fast and knowledgeable. For under $150 I was able to get everything ready for the new season. I would recommend strategic mechanical to anyone without hesitation.

July 16, 2025, Hi, I live in Port Alberni. I got up early for my friend to take me to your hospital emergency, to see if they could help me.
