I recently used Flowersmart to send flowers to my dearest friend who just got out of the hospital. From the moment I called the store, I felt very confident in what she suggested. She listened to what my friend liked and offered wonderful help. Such a pleasure dealing with someone who knows their stock and can help find the perfect flowers. Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. His patience and professionalism went above and beyond. Thank you Lawrence
