Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

I am so impressed by Kostas and Mitchel. They operate their business in such a professional way, and are both very personable and friendly. You can tell they have many years of experience in this industry. Their knowledge about all different kinds of equipment is incredible!
