My wife and went to the brick looking to purchase a bedroom set as well as a box spring and mattress. The sales lady that served us was Sheela Dabra a very knowledgeable person who knew her products and very willing to answer all our questions. Highly recommend Safe Step in stalled sump pump, very polite workers communicated well with myself and spouse they cleaned the area that they where working in. Solved our basement water problems. This gentleman now works out of his home shop and is absolutely amazing. He is passionate about his work and super helpful. He spent 45 minutes working on my reels and sid not charge me. He also gave me a rod at no cost. I highly recommend him for rod and reel repair as well as custom rods. THE BEST!!!

I have been dealing with K02 for about 15 years now and I have never received anything but professional, friendly, respectful, warm and knowledgeable advice. Seliina sees hundreds, maybe 1,000s of clients a year, probably has to listen to the same concerns over and over yet she always retains her sense of humour and remembers its not old to the person she is serving.Nancy and the others behind the front desk are equally helpful and professional. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I hit a snag on a crazy week and broke an axle just before hitting the 401. Darla got me booked in immediately and Tom and company got me fixed up quickly and professionally. The price was far less than I had feared and these folks got my whole week back on track from its rocky start. Very grateful to have been referred to them by my regular mechanic (who also relies on them for his own work!)

I am a driving instructor, responsible for my own repairs since i own the car. This has been my go to place for years, the friendly knowledgeable staff is always comforting, Ryan is always on top of things and gets things going as fast as he can, they always take the time to explain the repairs in detail and offer very fair prices. In my line of work, my car can not be off the road for long and they know that and always get me in as fast as they can. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.
