Visited twice in the last 10 days and LOVED IT. Once was a Saturday afternoon 12:30ish and it was very crowded but lucked into a seat once the food was ready. More recently was a weekday 4:30ish, much quieter but still a few patrons. Either way, food is made to order - might take 5-10 mins. but worth the wait and fun to watch.
We have had a total of 2 little burgers and 3 regular (double patty) cheeseburgers so far and they are flavourful, well cooked but tender, so good you can (and want to) taste the meat itself. Buns are soft with a nice chew, sesame seeded. We kept it simple with lettuce, relish, pickles, ketchup but you can go crazy with wide selection of toppings.
Fries are in peanut oil, gorgeous brown and slightly crisp but fluffy inside. Huge portion even for regular, as others have said. Nice to see Coke products in the machines and Heinz ketchup for fries.
Great spirit among the staff, focused and attentive and seem to be happy to be there, which must be a compliment because the kitchen is wide open for customers to watch the whole scene.
The place was kept very clean. There is nothing frozen on site, which explains the fresh taste.
Very simple, straightforward menu. No need to consider combos and deals, it's burgers, add drink or fries if you want or not.
Keep up the great work and please consider a second location in west end Kingston!

It is never easy to feel fully comfortable at the dentist. At Collins Bay Dental however, you can always feel good because of the wonderful treatment you get, the smiles on the faces of the staff, and the gentle hands that are handling your teeth. I have been to many dental clinics, and I personally ran one in my prime, but Dr. Gibrayel's clinic stands out among all. Everyone is so friendly and so accommodating. I get my car serviced here - always good work, always helpful e.g. share info., give recommendations but do not up sell. When I walk in, dogs are allowed and are given a treat as they leave. I always find what I want at this store e.g. a holly bush at the garden center when no one else had one.

Tim and his crew are extremely competent and trustworthy. Safety of themselves and personal property is their highest priority. I used Tim’s service on a casual basis to remove several trees on my property and again most recently on an emergency when a tree went through my roof during a storm. Very reliable.

We were lucky to find Dave and the team here. They provided a custom Dodger and Bimini and winter cover for our 1980 C&C and did a fabulous job. After selling that boat we again called on Dave to do seat repairs on our new boat and he came through quickly and professionally. They do great work, far better than others in the area we had previously dealt with. Quite Canvas is now our ONLY choice for doing this type of work. They are the best.
