Love Daravara. awesome community restaurant and pub. when it first opened, I remember thinking "this is a food truck without the wheels" and so it continues... except for the adult beverages. the burgers are great and the limited edition "Dirty Burger", only available on weekends are out of this world. the Popcorn Chicken Hearts are also amazing and this is the only place in Edmonton I think they're available. everything is great. Cibo Bistro is a very welcome addition to Edmonton! I went to it last night with my fiancé and everything about it was amazing!!! It's a small but very sleek and clean place. The service was quick and friendly. But let's get to the most important part… the food! Absolutely delicious. The restaurant focuses on fresh and local food and making everything in-house and you can tell… Sharing the charcuterie board is a must. The wild boar is amazing. I ordered the Tagliatelle Con Vongole (fresh clams and shallots in white wine) and my fiance ordered the Osso Bucco (braised veal shank preserved lemon gremolata fried bone marrow). So fresh. So tasty. Melts in your mouth. And leaves you wanting more despite being super stuffed! End off the dinner with the Chocolate Trio dessert and you're good to go!
