This place is fantastic. Nice Clean, fast efficient service. They have a huge parking lot, which gives you ample amount of space to sort your bottles. They pay full refund and they also accept electroncis.

I bought some of their incense because it smelled so good in the store....worried because incense usually gives me a headache....I can usually only handle the smell well after it has burned out....this is the exception. their amber is to die for, Shiva, vanilla Rasta, cinnamon, it made me want to try their sandalwood(which next to florals gives me the worse headache) and it smelled like burning resin rather than cheap perfume.

Brian is simply great to work with! I had him install new outlets, undercounter lighting, move outlets to new locations, install new baseboard heaters, move and install new lighting and other miscellaneous electrical work needed for my renovation.
He is easy to communicate your needs to and quickly returns calls and texts. He had no problem working with my schedule and completed all work quickly and efficiently! I have recommended him to family, friends, and neighbours!

Just had Black Tusk cutting down multiple trees in difficult locations - very professional, cleaned up nicely afterwards too! We were let down by two other companies but Matt (and Kyle)turned up when he said he would and did what was agreed perfectly. We'll not use anyone else now :-)

We've been using Bakos Cleaning for the past few months (at least 12 cleans) and have been very happy with the service they provide for outgoing and incoming rentals. I just got a new kitten and needed to get supplies. I didn't really know where to go till I came across this store online. I went right away and was so happy I made the trip into Oak Bay. They have an amazing selection of cat & dog toys, accessories and supplies. I definitely will be coming back here once she grows up a little more. So far this is the best privately owned pet store I have found in Victoria.
