I'm a residential consumer wanting to use corrugated metal to build raised garden beds. As a low volume buyer it would have been easy to not be responsive. The service is at the Brentwood location is excellent and super fast! I booked an appointment before I go and I spent less than 20mins at the office as my records have all been pooled from the CRA system and prepared before I even got there. I have been with them for 4 years now and will highly recommend them.

I had my sienna repaired at this place recently,same as before they did a good job. I also just realized this is the same shop I had my other cars repaired 10+ years ago, back then they were a mile south of their current location. Definitely will go back if have other car need fix.

I needed to replace a non-working gas fireplace in my basement. I called 7 stores and visited 3 showrooms. In the end, I selected Hearth and Home. They were awesome! They explained things clearly and patiently (I knew nothing about fireplaces) and answered all my questions (even the silly ones). They made sensible recommendations. They had really creative ideas for the installation. They always showed up on time. They offered a great price. The installation was smooth and fast. 5-star.

I asked John to invent a way to enlarge my dining room table for Christmas dinner. I did not want him to make another leaf because this is a beautiful old rosewood table, and cranking it open and closed is a lot of work. So John invented and created a plywood top that extends 18 inches past both ends of the table, and now my dining room looks like Downton Abbey. Ingenious! Without Downton Abbey prices.
