Kind, informative, courteous and very professional. I will forever use H&R Block to do my taxes as they helped me like no other place has. I not only needed to do this years income tax filing but also 3 years prior as well. For information I didn't have, they did in their system. Thankyou for such a stellar experience!!!.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from James and his team. This was my first accident repair on my brand new vehicle. James and very friendly and walked me through the entire process of fixing my vehicle. He was reassuring of the quality of job his staff would perform and made me feel comfortable my vehicle was in great hands. I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!
