we purchased a c63 from this dealership over a year ago. It was actually funny, because we had no intention of buying that car - in fact we had been looking at an entry level C-class that would be good on gas, and a good daily driver. The salesman, however, was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that that very same day, we had purchased a certified pre-owned c63. Upon delivery of the vehicle, we experienced a few issues (the front grill was lose, one of the rims was scratch), however these problems were quickly resolved (we got a new grill and they refinished the rim). Ivan is GREAT! I just went to him today because i heard clunking noise from the back of my car after having my mazdaspeed sway bar installed for the front and rear. My old mechanic tells me that it's the shocks that are gone and needs replacement. Turns out that my previous idiot mechanic didn't tighten my rear sway bar and Ivan was able to do that for me. I was expecting to pay when Ivan told me not to worry about it I was shocked and I couldn't be more happier! I've been bring our GM cars to this Firestone for 10 years now, once the GM warranty expires. Each visit has been an excellent experience, with repairs quotes almost always matching the final bill. They do let you know if they find anything else wrong, but you are not obligated to get the work done. Front desk has always been helpful, and prices reasonable.
