These guys are fantastic! Gary and Linda are the absolute best. They have gone over and above what I would ever imagine anyone doing in a service department. They don't fix things that aren't broken. Their service team is excellent.I would highly recommend this team.

I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. Very friendly and super helpful. Didn't try to take advantage of a widow who may not have known about cars (I hate typing it, but believe it or not it can still happen these days).
He helped my mother with the most cost effective way to get her vehicle repaired, even during these tough economical times. He was honest and was truly out to help the customer.

This is a wonderful auto repair shop! The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went our of their way to accommodate me in their schedule and they took care of my problem quickly. Really great people over at Doc's... I wish I lived in town so I could make them my regular mechanic!
