Honest and fair. The owner has fixed both my and my husbands cars since he opened several years ago. We have never been disappointed, and he gives us options when they are available. He has even helped us out as he was closing! Thank goodness it was a quick fix!

These guys are every good,fair and honest as good as my friend suggest. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry , knowing there was some work that needed to be done. They did it for $450 lower then the original quote that i got elsewhere . I was informed throughout the process and given best case and worst case scenarios and they were very honest in all of their dealings with me.

Was utterly impressed with my recent experience bringing my vehicle into Takaki Automotive for an e-test. Scheduling (and multiple rescheduling) of my appointment was dealt with effortlessly and with a smile by Hiroshi, the owner's son. I was made to feel like I had not inconvenienced anyone and that they would simply re-gig things to accommodate my changing schedule.
My actual appointment was a pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to sit in Takaki's welcoming wait room (where coffee, an aquarium, tv and decorations await) while enjoying my conversation with the friendly receptionist and other staff who would occasionaly venture by. Takaki's team is one big family - happy, respectful and very helpful with all my questions.
I am told Mr. Takaki sr himself is a caring man of many diverse talents. On this visit, the gentleman was busy outside, wielding a huge metal pick to chip ice from the walkway. I hope for the opportunity of chatting with him too, during my next visit.
The fee charged for today's visit was very reasonable; the information provided afterwards was helpful and there was no attempt to "upsell" or solicit additional work. I would highly recommend. this business.

My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.

J ai fait entrer au garage ma voiture pour un lavage.Ilya quelques mois, jai perdu une boucle d oreille qui s est accroche a mon foulard dans l auto.j ai cherche et je n ai rien trouve.J ai pensé que la boucle est tombe dans la neige.Donc j ai du renoncer a chercher la boucle.Quelle surprise en entrant dans ma voiture !ma boucle ,une bague et une piece de 25cents!!!! dans l emplacement du gobelet.
