Mark help us out of a major jam by repairing our Pleasureway Van while on a short trip to Vancouver Island. Impressive mechanic whose attention to detail is exemplary. I attended my first auction last week and found they have the largest selection of used restaurant equipment in the lower mainland. I got the perfect Slicer and Potato Chipper and got them both for an amazing deal. They also have a great selection of antiques, collectibles and furniture.

I recently dropped my digital camera because its wrist strap frayed and snapped. The camera was ok, but I needed a new strap. No one sells these separate from a camera, but a great associate at Lens and Shutter gave me one at no charge. They keep some on hand from cameras that have been traded in but are no longer usable. It's even a better quality strap than the original!

Pharmacy department is outstanding for their knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. A special thank you to Breanne D who has made my life so much easier these past two months with issues I have had regarding my mother's prescriptions. She has definitely gone above and beyond, especially when she pointed out to us that she could not in good conscience fill one of the prescriptions without talking to my mother's doctor...who ended up lowering the dosage as per her suggestion.

What a pleasure to deal with Mohamed as he is always smiling and treats you like a friend instead of a customer. He always has time to listen to your concerns and tries to find solutions. I much prefer his personal touch to that of the larger drug stores in the Western Communities. Also, I discovered today that he is authorized to. give you the vaccinations which are required for travel to foreign countries. This saves the considerable expense of going to a Travel Clinic.
