Peter was very helpful when our furnace stopped working. No heat at 2am on a very cold(-20) night. He gave me instructions over the phone and heat was restored, however the heat exchanger has failed so we need a new one installed. Lots of air movement but heat was meager. Will get us through the time until heat exchanger can be replaced. THANK YOU PETER.

So I had signed up for credit counselling (government OPD program) and was paying $1200 per month for 4 years. It seemed like a good idea at the time but I never really understood what it was costing me and assumed the program was the best solution for me. I can see how it may help someone with a very simple and basic problem.
Anyway, Randy from Parley was able to get my payments down to $240 per month for 5 years and I got to keep my house. Do the math, even after paying the credit counselling for 10 months, I still saved over $25000 to go with Randy. And his fee was almost half. And he is rebuilding my credit - best 3 grand I ever spent! I cant say enough about Parley and I am open to share my story with anyone who is willing to listen :)
It is not all rainbows and lolli pops but having someone on your side to help navigate sure does take alot of the stress away.

Had our bay window broken close to closing time , this company went above and beyond for us they were out to our house within half an hour of our call knowing that it is going to get cold out and it's going to take a few days for the window to be made they came to our house put a board up to make sure our window was secure until the new one could be installed . Very happy with this company we would recommend them

I hired some of the bigger drywall companies that act like there an Empire of drywall or some B-wrong company that always treat the customer as a dollar amount. With Chris at Qual-Pro it was easy he had the answers and the price to make it happen. So learn from my mistakes go for the quality professionals . My son was recently incarcerated at the Edmonton Remand center. He has some prescriptions due to neuropathy in his leg (as he lost his femur), his foot has a huge bunion on it and is twisting outward. He also suffers from ADHD. When he saw the Doctor at the remand center he was informed he had no prescriptions which was not the case. I called Lynn Rideout his lawyer to tell her he was in a state of withdrawl from his medications and within that same day he was permitted to receive his meds!

Amazing service, fast and reliable.
When my septic failed to pump out and filled right up after 2 weeks from emptying, i called Redlac. Terry was helpful, answered all my questions and came in the next day... Half hour later, my septic system was working again... Just before Christmas... He really did a "shitty" job... in a good way ?
Highly recommend him! First time customer, now i know whom to rely on next time.
