The staff at Pacific Western Rail Systems are very helpful and friendly. They are always willing and ready to help you out or explain anything to you. Im new in the model train industry, and when I asked them what types of track I will need for the limited space, not only did they give industry expert recommendations but they explained why one was better than the other. They carry a massive inventory of engines and cars in their warehouse and are able to find the items lickity split! Thank you!

My family and I got into a car accident while moving to B.C. from Ontario. When arriving to Surrey, we were desperately looking for a long-term car rental. Aseem from Avis in Newton was more than accommodating and selflessly helpful making the entire process so much easier and stress free for us. He not only took a huge weight off of our shoulders but also extended a warm welcome and a helping hand when we needed it most.
