I asked John to invent a way to enlarge my dining room table for Christmas dinner. I did not want him to make another leaf because this is a beautiful old rosewood table, and cranking it open and closed is a lot of work. So John invented and created a plywood top that extends 18 inches past both ends of the table, and now my dining room looks like Downton Abbey. Ingenious! Without Downton Abbey prices.

Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. I had my 2011 Dodge Ram in to get repaired. I had an amazing experience with the office staff and the mechanics. They fixed my truck better then it was before, on time, informative, and worked well with the insurance company. Would I recommend this shop for other customers? Yes I would. I won't take my vehicles any where else now.

I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

Let me tell you a story. I have been a loyal follower of Julie at Charisma for many years. Always getting a great cut and color as well as the perfect product for my not so perfect naturally curly hair!! As everyone knows the economy sucks right now. The joblessness has hit my home too. Trying to save $$ I've only gotten cuts on my last 2 appointments. Yesterday I went in for a cut and Julie said " Jodi what can I do for you? You need a color, I can't let you leave without a color. " So I offered to trade a service...maybe I can do a deep clean here for you guys. NOPE! !! I got my hair cut and colored. I paid the usual for my cut and Julie gave me the color job. This is OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I cannot Thank Julie or Charisma enough!!!! My hair looks amazing!! I have a handful of referral cards that I want to give out to show my extreme gratitude to this amazing business!!!
