Wanting a pedicure, facial, otherwise and wondering where to go. Well you can stop looking. Cocoon Day Spa is clean, prices reasonable, treatments consistent, and a quality product line. I’ve been visiting Lanie and her staff at Cocoon for many years and always leave happy and looking forward to my next visit. Today I’m admiring the awesome job she did on my feet and my only regret is no one else will enjoy the view but me as it’s no longer sandal weather.

I have been tanning for years...after moving to Victoria and trying a few salons, I have found one to call mine! The staff are great, always remembering what bed I like (love Hawaii!!) and are so great at sneaking me in when I don't have an appointment. Clean, friendly staff, great value for quality. Got a call from them stating that my warranty was about to expire and as a service they provide, they would send my hearing aids to the manufacturer to get a full service! I got them back in about 10 days and Allison retested me and ensured they were set up correctly for my current hearing ability. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

Dr. Huynh is not only a great dentist, but an even better person. Personally follows up with phone calls after major procedures and is incredible personable while you're in the office. You don't feel like just another person in the chair and you can tell he and his staff truly care about the patients. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, making the whole experience of "the dentist" as easy as can be. I should've switched dentists to him YEARS ago! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the helpful and courteous staff at Adams Uptown Storage. Also the site is very clean, dry and secure. I had no qualms about leaving my belongings in their care. Although the restricted hours of access may be off putting to some people, but that added to my sense of security.

I have not experienced customer service this excellent ever before. Doug went so above and beyond when my carpet cleaner died, all he was able to charge us was 5$ for a part but went so above and beyond the call of duty, he saved us probably over 100$ we would have had to spend on a new one! If anyone needs anything he can provide PLEASE support him! I cannot stress enough how simply amazing and incredible his service is!
