The owner takes the time to discuss his assessment findings and the different considerations depending on the problem encountered. Knowledgable, skilled, and kind. A very pleasant experience. I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. This guy is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and capable.
