Very clean ,professional reflexology session. Ana explained everything as what to expect very well. The ambience was soothing and most importantly the reflexology session was wonderfully relaxing. I would highly recommend.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Best place ever!! Very friendly and helpful staff. They provide exemplary care. Dr. Black is probably the best in the GTA. I went in having very little time. Dr. Black and his team was so good.
