Went into speedy on Saturday to repair my rearview mirror that had fallen off. I tried to repair it myself and surprisingly to no one but myself did it wrong. They informed me they could repair my mistake for $15. I thought that was a great price as it cost me $10 to do it wrong. Me and my two sons waited about 5 minutes and the repair was done. We were informed that there would be no charge and I should take the boys out for ice cream with the $15 I saved. Small acts of kindness like this need to be recognized. The guys came out to lift a pool deck for us that had sunk a fair amount on one side about 5 inches making it unusable in the summer. It only took them about 2 hours to lift the concrete and we were able to have the pool party and not have to worry about anyone slipping and hurting them selves. We called a lot of other places and they were unable to lift the pool deck with mud-jacking. I recommend this company to anyone, great workmanship, they made the concrete look brand new! I've been going here on and off for a long time. Staff is always friendly and welcoming with a relaxing decor. My favorite is Shauna but they have a new girl named Abbi who is someone I will definitely go back to. Friendly, confident and competent I had one of the most unexpectedly amazing experiences I have had ever just by her refreshingly happy and positive outlook which was the icing on the cake. Hi....At approximately noon today (Saturday, March 10) I came through the drive thru at this particular Tim Hortons. A person by the name of Ike answered the drive thru order board. He identified himself and was VERY FRIENDLY and I really enjoyed ordering from him. He could speak English fluently and it was a nice experience dealing with him at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. He really made my day. It would be nice if all Tim Hortons personal were as PR friendly as he was. Please pass on to him that he was really welcomed by myself at this location.
