Payments are easy to make, and if you know youre going to be a little late on a payment, call them and let them know when the payment can be made. I highly recommend them. He was extremely forthright and knowledgeable about my vehicle and very patient and creative about finding a financing arrangement with me. He was a pleasure to work with all the way through and 10 months into ownership I am totally satisfied with this vehicle. There were a few minor issues we noticed shortly after we took ownership - but Ishmael fixed it all up, taking total responsibility. Very impressive. Highly reccomend
