I have dealt with owner, Tom Porco, for over 15 years, bought one motorcycle through him, and had him and staff work on my 750 Yamaha, 450 Honda and 1100 BMW. He has always been fair with cost, excellent with work, reliable, helpful and pleasant. I have referred other riders to him. All are very pleased. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. When my furnace broke down I called them to give me a quote to replace my furnace they came right away as i had no heat in the middle of winter. They explained everything gave me the best price and service also took care of all the paperwork and warranty registration.

Great service. They solved a problem with a air circulation unit (no power to switch) and were able to move a thermostat for better access (innovative approach). Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!

Just had two crowns using the new Itero technology. It was an amazing experience seeing the digital images of my teeth on the screen. There were no old fashioned and uncomfortable impressions taken of my teeth and the result was crowns that easily fitted without discomfort of any kind. Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. I would certainly recommend this business.
