BigSteelBox was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I had amazing customer service, the truck driver was kind and professional, and they always were able to help me when I was in a panic. Although moving is quite stressful, the girls in the office did everything they could to make me feel calm and comfortable. We just moved my 88 year old Mom to Peachland Oct 2, 2019. She accidentally broke her denture that night. I called and they had me bring the pieces in right away. Moms were complicated and this caring man had them repaired by supper time. Such an amazing office with the friendliest staff. Now mom can actually have a real supper instead of pudding. Thank you so much for the awesome speedy work.

Awesome awesome awesome. Had a few glitches with delivery. Man, do they stand up for their productand service!!! Went far and away above what is normal to make everything right.
