Love this place. Was reluctant to store here because they are more pricy than the place down the street but I would rather talk to people than a kiosk and the dark hair girl with tats is super friendly and nice so the few extra bucks is work it.

I am so very glad that we found Karl to sell my Moms house. We had previously had a bad experience with a different agent, so when we met Karl we were thrilled. My carpet was in dire straights with stains that included everything from chocolate milk, O.J, markers and a giant black paint disaster....Kids.. Steve walked in, LMK upfront about what could be done and compared to others, had great rates. He was very honest, professional and takes pride in his work and business. The end result was absolutely amazing!! My carpet looked brand new! All stains gone! I highly recommend his services and WILL be a returning customer. kids.. It's guaranteed. lol.

Their mailbox service is far cheaper than Canada Post's PO Box service, and doesn't restrict shipments from certain couriers that don't ship to PO boxes. You get a Suite no. with bussiness mailbox services (great price), and this makes your address look more elegant and professional as a business. Any printing services are available at the location, as well as fully serviced UPS packaging and shipping.
I highly recommend this location of the UPS store. As a busienss expense the mailbox service is small and helps separate business mail and all those bills and invoices from the big enough pile you have to deal with from your home address.

Our experience with Nigel (Durham) and Peter (London) of Frogbox was nothing short of excellent. They were professional, flexible, personable and thoughtful. They appreciate the stress and potential complications of moving, and try to meet the customers needs to the enth degree.
The product concept is also excellent, both for the client and the environment. Sturdy, re-usable boxes - all the same size and stackable. The company also offers recycled packing paper and biodegradable bubble wrap for a reasonable price, to add to the convenience.
Trying to collect multiple cardboard boxes, of different sizes and quality, from various locations is so much more hassle than the Frogbox concept where they bring and pick up the boxes. I hope this fabulous service catches on even more than it already has.
