As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.

I HAVE to comment on the wonderful support I received from Kelly and Jaya when I went to my appointment to start with a CPAP machine. They explained everything clearly, thoroughly and patiently. I stop here ocasionaly when I take my bike following the hydro-line bicycle path. Every time I do stop here, I don't regret it at all!! The food is great, the servers are very patient and the atmosphere has a very compfortable local feel. I suggest ordering the McWindmill when you go there.

They even did an extra small job for me which got Kyle wet but they were all smiles! They also tested the water for it's hardness and checked my water softener all at no extra cost.
