Leila was absolutely wonderful. We worked with her for just a short time when my boyfriend and I were looking to rent a condo. We fell in love with one that was over budget and Leila helped us come up with an offer as well as made things go swimmingly with the landlord. Smooth car ride from the Airport. Pre arrange pickup instructions were easy to follow and i was in car in less them 3 minutes after stepping out on the Terminal. They track my flight too so that if its late, i don't need to worry.

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

Excellent and professional service...Went to Europe for 15 days during the summer. It was a group trip and well organized. If you are a vegetarian then this is a great trip where you could see most of Europe with Indian meals. The accommodation and tour guide was great. Had a lot of fun and made friends from all over the world. Recommended trip for people who likes a schedule and want to see places in short time.
