Excellent customer service and a comprehensive, well-maintained inventory of chemicals, water treatment/maintenance options & pool accessories (including a nice selection of pool toys & floating chairs). Prices are reasonable with a regular assortment of discounted items & specials. In fact, I can’t recall in 10 years ever being told that a product was out of stock or having left empty-handed. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance & advice. Highly recommended!

Eagle Ridge Tree Moving Service did an amazing job moving my large, mature tree when we were doing a major landscaping job on my property. We did not want to lose our beloved tree but needed it moved. They were extremely professional and cared about the health and longevity of our tree as much as we do. We were stranded when a small independant motel on Hwy 11 did not work out. Called at 6pm and they had 2 rooms ready for us within 15 minutes. The best value in the area. Well trained staff performed flawlessly. Considering we were 3 cold and wet hunters that had been in the bush for 12 hours we were treated like kings!

A great place for hardwood, laminate or carpet flooring, we have had them install all three! Each time they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. Very professional.

We stayed in a one bedroom condo suite and were very pleased. It was immaculately clean, very modern, and spacious. The staff were extremely accomodating and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I would highly recommend a stay at the Georgian Manor.

We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. We did all of the selections over the phone, emails and text. The team was very accommodating to our needs. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeline, service and price.

He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows.
