I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

James is fantastic. He can tell you the difference between models of tv's, soundbars, cd players, pretty well everything. How they work, what they work with. He is unbelievable. James was able to help me on the phone after he finished work. I don't know much about new technology but he walked me through everything. The best sales person ever.

has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
