BigSteelBox was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I had amazing customer service, the truck driver was kind and professional, and they always were able to help me when I was in a panic. Although moving is quite stressful, the girls in the office did everything they could to make me feel calm and comfortable. New to Enderby. Staff and pharmacist are very friendly. Store is clean and follow COVID-19 protocol. The prices are fair and competitive. They have a nice selection of gifts too that are fairly priced for a small town. Intend on doing some Xmas shopping there.

I took an important 16 year olds birthday card to the post office a week ago, and Liz put it through the test slot and it went through. It got returned today (her birthday is tomorrow) saying there wasn't enough postage on it. Liz immediately took responsibility for the mistake and insisted on paying for an express mail. I’m still stunned about the compassion Liz and the staff have at Salmon Arm post office.

Askew's Downtown is where I shop alot and it has managed to retain the "Corner store" small town feeling. The service is second to none and the store is clean and always well stocked. The staff is a part of the community and they make you feel like you're at home. If you want a store that does everything possible to make shopping a fun thing to do Askew's Downtown has it down pat:)
