I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. As someone who has been ripped off by quite a few mechanics over the years, the guys at Citicarb have earned my trust.
They cut out the small shop fees that most places will charge you. And usually if they notice something small that doesn't take long to fix, they'll do it for you for free.
When they find something wrong, they not only show you what is wrong. But they provide a comparison to prove to you what it should look like compared to what yours looks like.
I've saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars taking my vehicles to Citicarb. They're worth checking out!

I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.

This is the best truck stop I’ve ever encountered. Free wifi. Television. Common area to eat and chill. Then was informed there were showers. Wow. Made me feel so welcome. Way beyond five stars ??. Very clean.

He was a pleasure to work with all the way through and 10 months into ownership I am totally satisfied with this vehicle.
