My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. He assessed the problem and explained everything in detail that was going on. I found him to very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.

This was the best experience I've had with a service person. Jeff arrived at my house and he went straight to work at the kitchen drain that was leaking. When he finished, he showed me the work he did and everything looked brand new. He then did a free home inspection of my other plumbing, hot water tank and furnace. I learned so much about my plumbing and heating in that hour that I now feel confident in maintaining my home / winterizing / changing filters etc. I highly highly recommend!
