Exceptional Customer service, from the 1st phone call with Barb, to scheduling the job and its completion. Customers should expect this type of service, but Steve & his entire team actually exceeded our expectations. The installation and hook ups of a new fridge, dishwasher & gas stove were all completed on the same day, in a very fast and efficient manner by their service technician. The invoice was reasonable, & well within the industry standards. Absolutely a 5 Star Company !

We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called. Very good at what he does and very pleasant to deal with. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Will use him again and would recomend him to others

Boy can you tell when a buisness has experience, from the moment I called to when the basement was pumped out, sewer unpluged, furnace and hot water tank replaced and some drainage changed.
Some of these smaller outfits charge more than a professional one.

Again the team at Drain Rescue plumber came to the rescue! This time, the kitchen sinks werent bleeding & I couldnt find the clog. Im caring for my elderly father, so the sink problem was a significant matter for me. Urgently, I called them at Drain Rescue plumber, explained the issue & the situation. They pressed us into their schedule & fixed the problem. They saved my parents vast amount of money. I highly recommend their service to everyone.

On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business.
