We had a major issue with the lack of heat in our home. I called Hoover's and was very happy with their service. The technician was friendly, on time and quick. Hoover's provided me with a quote that they stuck too. My house is now warm and I will call them again in thee future

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Kelly's Propane business model and their staff are excellent! They exemplify PR skills, promptly reply to your emails with detailed instructions, and their communication skills are the BEST! Their staff are consistently very responsive to your questions and needs, professional, and reflect a caring attitude. We have never dealt with a company who exemplifies such amazing customer service, so we are very happy that we chose them as our propane provider!
