I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance. All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting. She assured me that with her solution-focused method we would not. It has been 6 weeks and my spouse and I are communicating and trusting each other like we never have.
