On May 22, 2018 afternoon, I received outstanding customer service from Jay at Staples Canada at 1980 Eglinton Ave. E., Scarborough in purchasing my favourite unlocked mobile phone. I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. AMAZING service! they recovered my data for 80% less than what I was quoted by geeksquad... My external hard drive stopped working and I had a lot of important data on it as I am a professor at Ryerson and had all my students assignments on it so naturally I panic and called best buy (worst decision ever), they told me my drive was totally dead and it would cost $1650 - $2000 for the recovery. I did a search and found these guys for a second opinion, when i brought it in they quoted me $350 WOW.

The manager Tommy was really friendly and helpful. I brought my vinyl player and speaker equipment a couple of days ago and he took the time to show me all the cord options for the cord I was looking for. I'm not tech savvy at all so shopping for tech equipment and parts are challenging for me lol! I'm definitely going back again because he really made it easy for me.
