Very happy with the Customer Service from beginning to the end of our project. Pedro was very nice to deal with when we were getting our quote. He explained everything very clearly and after many different quotes, we went with SSAM Roofing . The guys that came to remove our old shingles and install our new roof were VERY hard workers! They got the job done quickly and they did an A+ job.

Great company! They came in, the wifey and I discussed with their estimator about what renovation we needed done in our house, and by the end of the day they had called back and emailed a written quote which was Fair by today's standards. We did our own research and figured out a ballpark cost and they came in even a bit low of what we hoped to pay which was nice for once. Anyways, all said and done, they finished the job ontime and in the amount of time they said it would take. The final result was exactly what we expected from professionals. We were very impressed with Cambridge Roofing. They were quick and have excellence customer service. Within a week of calling we had our estimate and new roof. They were willing to patch our roof that was done by a different company. We decided on a new roof, after our bad experience 5 years ago with a different company.
Nick, Jake and Brian were our installers. Nick the head roofer was very friendly and professional. I have never met anyone so passionate about roofing and doing a good job.

I was glad to hear Foot Works has varied hours with some late days to accomodate my work schedule. I love that Foot Works is directly across from the Bauer Lofts near Uptown Waterloo . I loved the friendliness of the staff, the relaxing foot baths while being served coffee, and the quality of treatments. I was relaxed, attended to and my feet feel better already.

I contacted this company in a last minute struggle to find someone to help me with my basement drywalling, as my other guy fell through. They were awesome! Came same day to give me a very reasonable quote, walked me through the whole process (as I am very new to this) and followed up when I accepted their quote. During the renovation period, he recommended things to help improve the basement as they went, gave me an update at the end of each day telling me their progress and always followed through with a call or text to keep me informed. Great prices, Great service! Highly recommend!
