From our first meetings and estimates on costs to him handing over the keys to our new home. IDL was personable, well spoken, friendly and kept us informed. My wife and I can be demanding and he was more than obliging to all our requests and able to keep them on budget. Any small issues with subcontractors he dealt with swiftly and professionally. A totally positive experience for us, especially considering all the horror stories most people tell about their contractors. I'll be having them back to do any more projects I have and encourage everyone building a home or doing any project, looking for prompt professional, neat, tidy, friendly, transparent service that sticks to budget to contact IDL right away!

Every time I go here, I leave happy. My first alternator problem was solved in a few days, saving me about $1000. I payed more in towing away from the dealers options than I did for the actual fix with a used alternator. Sure maybe it's not as good as new one but for a 2010 toyota corolla, it is all the fix it needs.

I took my truck for an inspection and I forgot to call, then Peter did the inspection and called me 2 hrs later. told me it was ready, fantastic service and great work at a great price. I had my truck there before and they were always straight with me what more can you ask for.

I have been coming here for 10 years now with a 2005 Saab, and have never had an issue. I have had everything done here, from brakes to oil changes to exhaust work to sub frame work. They always do it right, know their stuff, give good advice, and are fairly priced. They seem more focused on getting my car right than prying open my wallet.

Recently Torque do a pre-MVI inspection on a used car I was considering and these folks saved my butt. They were extremely reasonable to deal with and were honest and forthright when they told me to run away from this vehicle. Not only would I go back, they will probably do my next pre-MVI inspection in the coming days!!

Dr. Legay is great! He's very compassionate and possesses a lot of knowledge regarding anatomy.
His receptionist (Janice?) is very abrupt and comes off as stuck up. I'm sure she doesn't mean to be though. I've called a few times regarding a question I had about my injury and she would ask me in the snappiest tone "well what did I tell you when you were in your appointment?" If I recalled what she had said, I wouldn't have called. Better social skills need to be practiced on her part!
