These people are angles. After having gone to other car mechanics I ended up at Art's Automotive more then 7 years ago. I just came back from them again and I must tell you how great they were. My profession deals with car accidents every day. I had my bumper repaired at Abby Collision and I must say, it was a seamless and pleasant experience. No waiting...and Danny was such a pleasant man, just happy to help smile and all. Mike was also very helpful in taking the time out to explain what may be the issue with an unrelated leak. Courtesy car, quick and proper repairs, a very nice wash, and helpful hard workers. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a body shop. A+.

Joe is amazing for his professional service. Although The body shop itself doesn't look super classy or anything, in fact when I first arrived and was thinking about turning back, the owner Joe greeted and consulted me with a friendly smile and solid confidence. The repairs were done beautifully two days later.
I left happy and would recommend to everyone who needs a good auto body shop!

I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.

Being a woman it’s been difficult to find honest mechanics. I had a leak prob with my Jeep. I went and bought sticky tape and he spent hours cutting out each individual seal. I cannot recommend this shop more. Saved me lots of money! His time, care, and attention meant so much. Very grateful to have found Doug. He is now my “go to” mechanic. Others have said “all” jeeps leak!...not no more!

Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!
