We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely. However, the best part was the attitude and passion of this team lead by Al. They were incredibly fast and really fun to work with. I strongly recommend Al and his company to anyone.

Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
