The team at Cooksons is outstanding. After receiving a local quote for multiple thousands of dollars to replace the injectors in my truck, I came to rent a truck while mine was down. When going to get the rental, I asked the service department for a quote. They recommended an additive, before a quote. They put the additive in my truck for me, and it fixed the issue right away. The bill was $5.00 for the additive, and no cancellation fee on the rental. Great service by all, will be back again

I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

I was in the other day to buy some Dr Beckmann colour and dirt collectors. It is a product that protects your laundry from dyes leaching onto other clothes. They are the only place that carry a product like this. While I was there I was impressed to see they carry honey from a local producer and spaghetti sauce from a local restaurant

They called my doctor to get permission for new compound formula so I didn’t have to wait a week for a component of the compound and they sent it to Dyck’s Pharmacy so I could get it filled that day. We needed an assessment of our water system to determine the cause of low pressure. Pinnacle Water Pump service booked an appt promptly and came to Salmon Arm to do a pump test on our well pump and replaced the water pressure tank that was malfunctioning. Great service from very knowledgeable team.

Julie has been my hair stylist for 18 years, since the first day I met her when she did my hair for grad. She does a phenomenal job with hair cuts, hair colors and on creating unique and beautiful updos for special occasions. She takes the time to make sure your hair is perfect.
