I had excellent service from the first consultation through to the completion of our our dream pool. For our pool we wanted 10' of water in the deep end for diving, other companies that quoted for us would only do a shallower lap pool. The overall size was 20' wide by 43' long and it was the best thing we have done for our family; especially over the long hot summers and during the pandemic when everything was closed we could still swim with out children. I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical. From the first interaction, it has been amazing! Every person I have talked to is wonderful, happy, helpful and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair. We have had 3 minor service calls (2 were our fault) since installation and it's never an issue.

Excellent repair service done for my Hot Tub, they were able to repair it when other service companies declined to fix it. Even tho I didnt get the tub from them they were able to get it running again.

My parents went to Forest Glade Fireplaces and we have purchased 3 fireplaces in 2 different homes from them. Always excellent service. The guys that installed our last fireplace did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the fireplace they installed 12 years ago. We had problems with our remote and they fixed it right away. I will only ever buy a fireplace from them.

I recently purchased my 3rd hot tub from Sandy and his fine personnel. There was no need to look elsewhere as I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with my past purchases from Splendor. They know you by name when you walk thru the door and treat you like family . Service has been exceptional from warranty work to good advice , Quality has been excellent and trouble free. Our family uses our Splendor hot tub almost daily . Be confident when you buy here . They have been in business over 40 years and I understand why ! Keep up the good work !
