Limped my truck in unexpectedly one morning and was dealt with promptly and efficiently .Needing a truck that could tow a trailer in order to work, i was set up with a rental truck that could and sent on my way almost instantly. When i realized that i forgot my transponder in my truck they offered to bring it to the rental company so i could pick it up after work around 7 and not have to leave early. In my opinion its the little things like that that make a company great. Along with removing, rebuilding and reinstalling a transmission and cooler in a day and a half. Food: Last week was my first time trying Koganei so I didn't get to try lots of food. However, Koganei roll was one of the best roll I ever had. it's bit pricey for a roll (almost $15 with tax) but it's worth it. I do not know exactly what's in the roll (it's shrimp tempura roll with some little bit spicy orange-red stuff with tiny fish eggs on the top) but it was amazing. (I wish red stuff on the top was more spicier though.) I also tried miso base noodle soup (noodles and veggies in miso soup) which was salty for my taste. did not really like it. Service: wait staffs were nice and helpful. when i went, there weren't many people in the restaurant so i didn't have to wait long to order and get my food. Atmosphere: table setting seemed little weird to me because little table for 2 people were placed right next to booth but decor was good. Lire plus
